These terms govern your use of Murmura (“the Service”), operated by JMHP Développement (NEQ 2280221294), 601 rue Sainte-Cécile, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 1L1, Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the service

Murmura is a wellness experience built on binaural frequencies and a guided voice. The Service is not a medical device and does not replace a diagnosis, a treatment or the advice of a health professional. It is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any illness. For any physical or mental health concern, consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, use the Service with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Any purchase (bindus) is reserved for adults: an adult must make and manage the payment. By using the Service, you declare that you meet these requirements.

3. Safe use

Never use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that demands your full attention. Listen with headphones, at a soft and comfortable volume. Do not use the Service if you are prone to epilepsy or seizures without first consulting a physician. Stop immediately if you feel any discomfort.

4. Account

Sign-in is handled by a third-party authentication provider (Google). You are responsible for the activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or close an account in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.

5. Credits (bindus) and payments

Some features require credits called “bindus,” acquired by purchase. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; we do not store any payment card data. Bindus are a digital right of use, with no monetary value, not exchangeable for money, and not transferable.

A tailor-made session you have already paid for remains free to replay from your account.

6. Refunds

Unused bindus may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been consumed. Bindus already spent on a session are non-refundable. All requests: contact@jmhp.pro.

7. Intellectual property

All content of the Service — sessions, texts, sounds, the Murmura brand — is protected and remains the property of JMHP Développement. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution or resale is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, JMHP Développement disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes

We may modify the Service or these terms. Significant changes will be flagged on this page with a revised update date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Trois-Rivières, Québec.
