There's an ocean of noise around "frequencies that heal." Most of it is smoke and mirrors. We chose the opposite: to tell you only what's true, and to explain it well enough that you can judge for yourself.
This page is the gateway to La Résonance — our open notebook. It lays out the mechanics in three pieces: the real acoustic phenomenon, the state of consciousness it opens, and the threshold where Murmura works. Each piece has its own full article, sourced, with its open debates. Here, we hand you the map; the articles are the territory.
The sound → the states → the threshold
The Murmura trilogy of knowledge. Three articles that link up like a journey: where the sound your brain builds comes from, which states it opens, and the door where imagination takes over.

The science is the raw material. Here's what we make of it — how a Murmura session is built, line by line. It isn't a recording thrown together at random: it's an architecture.
The sound first
Each phase has its own beat, tuned to the state we're after and truly played under headphones. We come down from waking toward dreaming in stages, never all at once.
The voice that guides
A soft voice that doesn't describe: it makes you act, feel, recognize. The body follows instead of imagining.
The one-line test
Every sentence faces one test: "is this a gift worthy of the person?" A flat line gets rewritten or cut.
"Embroider beautiful cloth around what is real."
— the Murmura prismIt's the rule that holds everything together: if the voice names a frequency, the engine truly plays it. We never lie to the unconscious — that's what keeps the journey real, and what sets Murmura apart from decorative ambient noise.
Honest about the limits
The binaural sound is a real phenomenon, studied since 1839. But it isn't medicine, and its effect on mental states remains debated in the literature — we say so plainly in the pillar article, including the 2019 and 2023 debates.
Murmura is an experience of well-being and inner exploration. It comes in addition to, never in place of, a health professional. If you're going through something heavy, talk to someone qualified — the sound journey walks with you, it doesn't treat you. To offer you something beautiful, built on what's true, without ever selling you a dream that doesn't exist.
