Cookie policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
JMHP Développement (NEQ 2280221294), Trois-Rivières (Québec), operates Murmura (“the Service”). This page explains the cookies we use, why, and how you stay in control of them — in accordance with Law 25 (Québec) and PIPEDA.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. Some are essential to the operation of the Service; others are used to measure audience. At Murmura, nothing non-essential is placed without your consent.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
They allow the Service to work and cannot be disabled: keeping your sign-in session, security (fraud protection) and remembering your consent choice. They are not used for any advertising tracking.
3. Audience measurement cookies (subject to your consent)
With your agreement, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (page views, journeys), in order to improve it. These cookies (for example _ga) are placed only after you have clicked “Accept”. We enable IP address anonymization. If you refuse, none of these cookies is placed and audience measurement stays disabled.
4. Your choice, at any time
You can accept or refuse on your first visit, and change your mind whenever you want:
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings; some features of the Service could then be affected.
5. Cookies from our providers
Sign-in is handled via Google and payments via Stripe. These services may place their own technical cookies, necessary for those functions. See also our privacy policy.
Murmura does not sell your data and does not use it for advertising purposes. Audience measurement serves only to make the experience better.
